NOTE:  Moxy Chic does not begin processing your order until all the information for full payment and authorization is received. For in-stock items, we strive for the prompt shipment of your merchandise by making it our goal to ship your order within 3 to 5 dys of its placement, excluding weekends and holidays. If your order is placed after closing of 5:00 Az time, it will not be processed until the next day where the 3 to 5 dy notice begins. For items in the warehouse, as we cannot have every color of every handbag in the store, we order your product(s) directly from the manufacturer and will ship your merchandise as soon as it is received. In case of a back order, we will provide you with an approximate shipping time immediately.

Canada Customs requires Canadian recipients to pay applicable duties and taxes on each shipment entering Canada. These charges may include PST, GST, HST, duties and other taxes of goods (e.g. excise tax). A brokerage fee is also charged to process shipments and present the requisite customs paperwork to Canada Customs on the importer’s behalf.

Your order will be shipped under UPS’s e-Mailer Brokerage Program (eBP), where eligible shipments imported into Canada for non-commercial purposes and valued under CAD $200 shipped via UPS Standard service are subject to a reduced brokerage fee of CAD$ 10, plus any applicable duties and taxes. Shipments valued at CAD $200 and above and/or being imported to Canada for commercial purposes and/or subject to specialized clearance may incur additional fees.

Please, be aware that UPS will request payment of these charges at the time of delivery. You have the ability to call UPS ahead of time (1-800-742-5877) to pay these charges, eliminating the need for payment on delivery. Also note that if your order was placed within a few days, that it might not be reflected yet in the tracking. This does not mean there is a problem, or your order wasn't shipped. But since we are using a 3rd party tracking site, it can take several days for the shipping information to be updated in the online tracking system.

What days do you ship?

Shipments are processed Monday through Friday. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or holidays. Orders placed during holidays or weekends will be attended to on the next business day.

When will my order ship?

Orders submitted between Monday and Friday typically ship within 36 to 48 hours. Orders received after 3:00 PM PST are processed the following business day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on the next business day.

How can I confirm my order has shipped?

A shipping confirmation email containing tracking information will be sent to you on the business day following the shipment of your order.

Do you offer free shipping?

Complimentary ground shipping is available for orders exceeding $150.00 shipped within the continental United States. For shipments to Alaska and Hawaii, only 2nd Day Air or Priority Mail services are available. Free shipping is not extended to Alaska and Hawaii currently.

Do you offer expedited shipping and what is the cost?

Expedited shipping options are available. Please note that expedited orders require one business day for processing and will not ship on the same day they are placed.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer international shipping via USPS where available. If USPS is not an option for your location, please contact us directly to determine the most suitable shipping method.
